Rhode Island is pieced per the directions on page 75 and templates on pages 106 & 120 OR Paper Pieced using the Supplemental Packet offered at Patched Works.

Leslie says: To get this block to lay flat, I did a lot of seam snipping to be able to press parts of the seams in different directions.
