Leslie – Midwinter Reds by MODA

Leslie says:  At the 4 intersections of the main center square, clip up to seam line 1/4" of the seam intersection.  Now press those 1/2" intersections open and the block will lay flat.

Diane – Fall Blend, A Fabulous mix of Kim Schaefer Fabrics

Diane says:  There aren’t too many blocks with large open areas.  This block would be a great one to fussy cut something cool from your fabric.
